The thinker · The questioner
Someone who asks uncomfortable questions — especially of himself.
The builder · The operator
No bloat. No stalled pilots. Precision-fit to your operation.
Both things at once
The human
“The willingness to be wrong about yourself is the most underrated advantage a person can have.”
Self-knowledge before strategy. The inner work drives the outer work — always.
The builder
“When a problem shows up, I don’t call someone. I build something.”
Sixteen years. Clients across industries. The compulsion to build never left — it just found better problems.
The duality
The examined life
Innerwork wasn’t a product. It was a question I was asking myself.
I built an app concept designed to ask people progressively deeper questions until they understood themselves better. That was my first instinct with a blank canvas. No client. No revenue line. It tells me more about who I am than any pitch deck.
The precision operator
A scoped, accepted deliverable is worth more than a visionary roadmap that never ships.
After sixteen years I have a simple belief: precision beats ambition. A documented change order, a clean acceptance criteria, a structured handoff — these are acts of respect for the people depending on the work being real.
Meaning across difference
A marigold bridges the living and the dead in Mexico. The divine and the human in India.
Different languages. Different rituals. The same instinct — to reach toward something larger. Understanding why people believe what they believe is how I understand what they’re building toward.
Mid-market operator
The mid-market is where America’s operational backbone lives. It’s being ignored.
Enterprise gets white-glove. SMBs get self-serve. Companies in the middle — with real complexity and real stakes — get handed a platform and a prayer. Humagined exists because I find that genuinely unacceptable.
The amber thread
Every version of who I am runs through the same belief: how you show up — consistently, honestly, with real attention to the person in front of you — is the only thing that compounds.
CrossFit at 5am when it’s hard is the same muscle as shipping work you’re proud of when a client can’t tell the difference. You can tell. That’s enough. Consistency isn’t a productivity philosophy. It’s a statement about what you believe is worth doing even when nobody’s watching.
The ones that worked had a rhythm. A standard. A daily practice. The ones that didn’t were brilliant and inconsistent.
A room full of founders in Denver talking about what AI means for the future of humanity. No panels. No pitches. Just humans being genuinely excited and genuinely uncertain together.
That’s the moment I keep returning to. The technology, the business, the output — those are the vehicles. The quality of the room is the destination. I build toward rooms like that.
What I’ve built
Two products. Different problems. The same belief — technology should meet people where they are, not ask them to adapt to it.
DelivrPro
The operating system for consulting teams.
An all-in-one platform for professional services firms — client health scores, time tracking, task management, invoicing, and an AI assistant that knows your projects. Built with Claude Code as a genuine co-builder. The differentiator: tenant-level custom features deployed without touching the rest of the platform.
Night Owl
Behavioral tracking and support for parents of neurodiverse people.
Parents of neurodiverse children carry an invisible load — tracking patterns, documenting behaviors, communicating with specialists. Night Owl is built for that reality. Not a clinical tool. Not a glorified spreadsheet. A genuine support system designed around how these families actually live.
Why Night Owl exists
Night Owl isn’t a market opportunity. It’s the belief that empathy is infrastructure — applied to the people who need it most. Systems that only work for one type of mind are just poorly designed systems. This is the attempt to fix one of them.
Built with
For nearly a quarter I’ve worked with Claude as a genuine thinking partner — not autocomplete, but a collaborator that holds context, pushes back, and compounds across sessions.
Product Conception
Innerwork — a self-discovery app
The first instinct. Before any client work, the blank canvas produced an AI-powered app designed to ask people progressively deeper questions until they understood themselves better. It never shipped. It mattered anyway.
Go-to-Market
Humagined positioning — Agentic AI for mid-market
Built out the ICP, outbound architecture, and positioning that Humagined runs on today. The “humans + tech = results” formula had been there for 16 years. Finding language sharp enough to match it took work.
Thought Leadership
LinkedIn content engine — data as moat, vibe coding, AI stack risk
Dozens of posts across internal knowledge as competitive moat, geopolitical risk of single-provider AI stacks, vibe coding as liability, CrossFit-to-leadership parallels. A consistent voice built post by post.
Self-Reflection
“Tell me something hidden about myself I haven’t realized yet”
The observation that landed: you frame yourself as a consultant who builds things. The truer version is a builder who consults. That distinction changed how Humagined is positioned.
Client Delivery
End to End Digital transformation
Multi-session build of contract infrastructure and a full technical assessment deck using the client’s brand palette and real financial data. Change order accepted. Scope protected. Standards held.
This Site
brycearii.com — built three ways, then unified
Started as a tech operator site. Built a second version stripped of AI entirely — just the human. Then asked the harder question: what if neither version alone was true? The unified site you’re reading now is the answer.
~6
Months of context
Each session builds on what came before — the positioning, the voice, the client work, the reflection.
3
Versions of this site
Tech operator. Human philosopher. Unified. The process of building all three is itself the demonstration.
1
Consistent thread
The builder instinct, the human-first lens, the belief that context compounds. The pattern was always there.
Let’s build the room
I’m genuinely interested in both conversations. The one about AI systems that should be working but aren’t. And the one about what any of this is actually for.
Humagined is the operational vehicle. This site is the person behind it. Reach out if either one is relevant to where you are.
